Historical Background
In 1996, Cooperative Training School (Sagaing) was upgraded to Cooperative College. In that time, it had not established law department to teach Business Law. In 2012, it was expanded to the level of Cooperative University (Sagaing). Since then, the Department of Law has been established separately and has being touch the business laws. The Department of Law's education program is being implemented to teaching and training the students with knowledge of business law.

Objectives
- In the modern developing world, individuals or companies or business association can run their businesses in the country. They know and understand the laws related to business when they are operating business and to find out how to solve problems and disputes that arise in doing business.
